"Most perfect wedding day"
Thank you so much to Susan, Joseph and the team for helping us to have the most perfect wedding day. Their organisation and smooth running of the day allowed us to completely relax knowing all was in hand. From welcoming us to the venue to the last drink being served, we felt so well looked after.
The BBQ lunch was absolutely delicious and received high praise from all of the guests; the canapés, bbq and then trio of desserts was the perfect balance between casual and formal for us, and then the evening food provided the perfect little pick me up. The staff saw to every need whilst simultaneously blending into the background.
Susan was on hand throughout the lead up to the wedding to answer any queries, allow us visits to the venue and ensure we had everything we wanted. Joseph went to the special effort of making Mr and Mrs cocktails for us, ensured the suppliers were met and knew where they needed to be, and kept all the guests happy throughout the evening at the brilliant bar.
Slindon House was everything we wanted from a venue. From the beautiful floating lawn where our ceremony was held, to the outside space and orangery for drinks reception, and then of course the amazing, light-filled main hall.
We would highly recommend Slindon House and Quinn’s catering. Thank you so much!

It was a wonderful day filled with love, joy and excellent memories.
The staff were very helpful, professional, attentive and very welcoming. We went for the BBQ platter as our Wedding Breakfast and we would highly recommend it…there was something for everyone!
Susan was lovely from start to finish and was very quick at replying to our queries.
We had a wonderful wedding and wouldn’t have changed anything about it!
The views are also sublime and added to the happiest day of our lives so far.

"Such a unique and beautiful venue and we felt it was incredibly good value"
We found Slindon House online and were drawn to its location. When we visited for the first time, we met with Susan Quinn (of Quinn’s Events catering) and felt certain that it was the venue for us. Slindon House is a stunning venue, with so many unique spaces that can be used for your wedding day. The Orangery in particular is so beautiful and the Great Hall is stunning and looked amazing for our ceremony and reception. The service we received from Susan from beginning to end was incredible; she has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to wedding days and we found this extremely helpful. She even created a separate main course for my Dad for the wedding breakfast, which was hugely appreciated and he said it was one of the best meals he’s had! Our guests were blown away by the views of the downs, rolling hills and the sea on the horizon.

"Stunning views outside"
We had a Christmas wedding and Susan catered for our traditional Christmas dinner request beautifully, a big ask for 80 guests! Staff were fantastic especially during uncertain Covid times. Susan was responsive, helpful and reassuring.
The venue itself is beautiful and lends itself to all types of wedding decor, we were lucky the weather was on our side and we got to enjoy the stunning views outside. Very good value for the amount of rooms you have access to. Highly recommend.
